Important Shipping Cost Considerations:
Shipping costs may change depending on zip code, promotions, discounts, or order weight.
For shipments outside the United States, additional charges will apply.
The base price for shipments within the United States and Puerto Rico is $5.90 dollars.

Important Shipping Information: 
We use USPS First Class Package and/or USPS Priority Mail to process your orders. Processing typically takes 1-3 business days. During holidays, orders are processed but not shipped until the next business day. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Please note that once we deliver your order to USPS, we are not responsible for any damage, loss or theft. If any of this happens, you must file a claim directly with the postal service.

Wrong address:

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct mailing address. If for any reason an incorrect address was provided, please contact us immediately.

If the package was sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, it may be delivered or returned to our office. In this case, the customer will have to pay for the shipping again and will have a period of 5 days to provide the correct address and pay the shipping costs.

If the customer does not comply with the aforementioned, the order will be considered lost.

It should be noted that we are not responsible for delays in your order or losses of it due to an incorrect address.
