Return policy

To make a return, it is necessary to file a claim within three days of the delivery date. Additionally, each product must be in its original packaging.

We will conduct an evaluation of the product(s) and, if approved, a credit will be issued for use in the store.
However, we do not accept returns on earrings.
It is important to mention that, before shipping any product, at WE ARE GOLDEN we carefully check each item to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition.
It should be noted that returns of parts broken by the customer are not accepted and no refunds are made.
